“ This is my second time at Lowcountry and I swear they never doubt. It came down to me taking off the gloves and just diving into this amazing seafood boil. The flavor was perfect with the everything sauce and I highly recommend picking weak or hot. I ended up getting hot and I was very satisfied I felt like anything more would’ve been overpowering but that’s just base on what your spice tolerance is. This place will forever be my favorite spot to get seafood and it has been so far! I should be back real soon thank you Lowcountry! ”
“ Some of the best seafood I’ve had by far. I would suggest eating at the bar, which is an automatic 18% gratuity but definitely worth it. You’re going to want the whole experience if it’s your first time. The bibs and plastic gloves will save you! Great venue for a date or a casual get out with family. The food is plentiful- I ordered the double double and added garlic noodles and crawfish. They ask if you want everything in the bag (do it.). Cornbread looks different but definitely delicious. Dinner for 2 and still enough for both of us to have seconds. Caution: flavors may all have a slight spice/heat. I would recommend mentioning up front if you’re looking for very-low to no spiciness. I Will definitely be making this place a regular stop. They do valet but it’s was suggested by staff that utilizing Uber/Lyft will be more convenient, and you will avoid issues with capacity. ”
“ First time visiting here while visiting Chicago. The atmosphere had a nice vibe to it. There was not much customer service. No one greeted us, and the guy seating people just waved us over to a table and told us when ready to order to go to the counter and order. There was no more customer service. My dad and I both got the lobster combo which they did give a lot. The crab legs were okay but not cooked good were the meat just slides out easily. Overall besides customer service the food was good. But if your looking for great customer service than this wouldn't be the spot for you. But if your fine without customer service and just want good seafood then give it a try. ”
“ Food is not bad but have had better from this type! Bar service perfect, host service not really. Music so loud! ”
“ I'm a fan! Came here on a Saturday night and was seated very quickly (no reservations needed.) You have to place your order at the register, and I was glad to see they have several options for people who don't want a seafood bag. I went with the popcorn chicken and fries and enjoyed it. The portions are massive and their lemonade drinks are very legit. Even tho they have a bar, I stuck with my strawberry lemonade for this trip. The price isn't the cheapest, so if you're going for the seafood bag and a drink, expect to drop close to $50 a person. That said I enjoyed everything I tried and would go again ”
“ First timer and it was nice. Service was fast and the food was good. Nice lil spot for a date. Valet parking $10 which made it even better. ”
“ So this place is not cheap, but for 2 people we spent 125. We got the double and added mussels. We got the number 2 level of heat. I should have done Weak... the cornbread has a hint of spice but it was delicious. So beware I defined will be back. ”
“ I went on Thanksgiving (they were open from 2pm-8pm) and still had their weekday special, which was great. I got the special with all the sauces, very spicy, and a side of garlic noodles. The service was very lax and not the best but everyone was still nice. I got the Hennydrop from the bar and it wasn't my favorite but it's definitely strong and good if you like Hennessy. Overall my meal was really good and fresh, the decor was cute, and the prices were reasonable with the weekday special. ”
